1. Service Description
CardGrade ("we", "our", "the service") provides AI-powered pre-grading analysis for trading cards. Our service is a decision support tool and does not guarantee any specific grade from professional grading companies (PSA, BGS, CGC, or others).
2. No Guarantee of Grades
Our AI predictions are estimates based on image analysis. Actual grades from professional grading services may differ significantly. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from grading decisions based on our predictions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Each person may only maintain one free account.
4. Usage Limits
Free accounts are limited to 3 card scans per month. Paid plans provide additional features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.
5. Image Upload
By uploading images, you grant us a license to process, store, and use the images for providing the service and improving our AI models. You must own or have rights to the images you upload. Do not upload images containing personal information.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions of the billing period. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
7. Intellectual Property
CardGrade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, PSA, BGS, CGC, or any trading card grading company. Pokemon is a trademark of The Pokemon Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
