• Account data: Email address, name (from Google sign-in)
• Card images: Photos you upload for analysis
• Usage data: Scan history, feedback, grades reported
• Analytics: Page views, device type, country (via Google Analytics)
• Payment data: Processed by Razorpay — we do not store card numbers

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide the card grading analysis service
• Track your usage against plan limits
• Improve our AI model accuracy using uploaded images and reported grades
• Send service-related communications (not marketing)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. AI Training Data

Images you upload and grades you report may be used to train and improve our AI models. This data is anonymized — your personal information is not linked to training data. If you prefer your images not be used for training, contact us to opt out.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the United States. Images are stored in Google Cloud Storage. Account data is stored in Firebase/Firestore. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure)
• Firebase (authentication)
• Razorpay (payment processing)
• Google Analytics (anonymized usage analytics)

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of AI training data usage
• Export your assessment history
